Items usually ship USPS unless otherwise stated. In Stock leather items and non-custom products ship 2-3 business days after receiving order.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

A 7 day Satisfaction Guarantee is offered on all leather goods. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us for returning instructions. All that we ask is that you let us know the reason you are returning the item.

WARRANTY

A one year warranty is offered on all leather goods. Warranty does not cover abuse, fire, smoke, water, mud, or acts of stupidness. These leather holsters are not tactical items and should not be used as such. Item may be repaired or replaced at Southern Holsters discretion. This may require you sending to Southern Holsters the holster for repair. Temporary holsters are not offered while exercising the warranty.

RETURNS

No returns are authorized without a RMA number and instructions. Failure to wait for RMA instructions will most likely delay any refund due.
