Terms and Conditions for Website Customers

This website is operated by Southern Holsters, LLC (also referred to as
we/our/us) and the following terms and conditions apply to the use of
and all transactions made on www.southernholsters.com. The use of this
site including any transactions you (also referred to as you) may make
indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This does not
affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read through the
terms and conditions and also read the privacy policy which details
important information regarding your personal information.
1 General
1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any
time. The edited date will be displayed under the title at all times
and it is your responsibility to be aware of any changes and read the
terms and conditions each time you use the site. Continued use of the
site denotes your acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
1.2 When registering your details on www.southernholsters.com, you
must provide accurate and up to date information. All password details
are non transferable and we reserve the right to withdraw your login at
any time. You must inform us immediately if you become aware of any
misuse of your details.
1.3 These terms and conditions only cover the
southernholsters.com website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are
governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility
or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not
under our control. Different terms, including prices, delivery charges,
delivery times and returns policies, may apply to purchases made
directly in person or via mail order.
2 Price and Payment Terms
2.1 There is no minimum order value for website customers.
2.2 The price displayed is in USD and excludes Georgia State Sales Tax which
will be applied at the current rate at the time of the order being
placed upon checkout.
2.3 Payment for goods and services constitutes acceptance of our terms and
conditions outlined in this document. We accept most major credit
and debit cards via PayPal.
2.4 Goods remain the property of Southern Holsters, LLC until
payment is received in full. Title to products that you have ordered on
our website will pass to you on receipt of the goods, provided that
full payment has been received.
2.5 The email sent to you on receipt of your order does not
constitute our acceptance of your order. The despatch of goods confirms
our acceptance of your order and signifies the creation of the contract
between us. We reserve the right not to accept your order and should
this decision be made we will inform you by email. You also have the
right to cancel your order before shipping. If you ask to cancel your order once it has
been shipped it will be treated as a return and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
2.6 If we become aware of an error in pricing or description before
your goods are shipped, we will give you the option to confirm or
cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the
order as cancelled.
2.7 The supply of goods is subject to availability, if for any
reason we are unable to supply ordered goods we will inform you by
email and may offer a substitute of equal or higher value. If no
appropriate substitute is available or if you choose not to accept the
alternative product we will refund the amount within 15 days. Some items may be on Backorder and you will be notified of the backorder prior to confirmation of your order. You will have the option to continue with the backorder or to cancel your order.
2.8 We strongly recommend that you print a copy of your order acknowledgement email and these terms and conditions.
3 Delivery
3.1 All delivery times quoted are an estimate. We shall be under no
liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within
estimated time frames.
3.2 We may deliver the goods as partial deliveries.
3.3 If you refuse to pay for the
goods within 7 days of invoice, we will treat this as cancellation of the
contract and may sell them to a third party.
3.4 Acceptance of delivery of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions outlined in this document
3.5 You must inspect goods on delivery. Any damages to packaging and/or goods must be notified on receipt.
3.6 On receipt of goods or from the first attempted delivery, they
become your responsibility and as such any loss or damage to the goods
shall be at your own risk.
4 Refunds
4.1 We offer a 7 day money back policy on custom leather products and a 14 day money back policy on Retail items. Retail items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
4.2 If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt.
4.2 The goods must then be returned to us at your cost in their
original packaging and in good condition within 10 days of receipt.
4.3 Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days
of the goods being received by us, less any applicable postage, packing
and handling charges. Whilst we endeavour to supply accurate
information in relation to products offered for sale, information on
dimensions, weights and colors are approximate.
4.5 Custom leather goods produced specifically for you cannot be returned
without our written agreement. Costs incurred in producing these goods
may be charged to you.
5 Copyrights
5.1 Southern Holsters, our suppliers, and the manufacturers own the copyright,
trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material
and content on this website, which you may not use, download, copy,
publish, transmit or otherwise make available for any use. Any other use or reproduction of the
material or content is strictly prohibited. In addition, you must not
create links to this site without our prior consent or restrict the use
of it by anyone else.
